# What we do

Design, web and applications, and games from one independent studio. Explore how Xazri Studio shapes identities, products, and playable worlds.

## Design, technology, and play. Working together.

Brand identity, digital products, and interactive experiences connected through discovery and delivery. We help shape new ideas and existing products with a clear purpose and a practical path forward.

## Three disciplines. Many possibilities.

Choose a focused discipline or connect several in one project: a recognizable brand, useful application, clearer journey, or experience worth playing.

### [Digital products](https://xazristudio.com/what-we-do/digital/)

Websites, applications, and connected services, from storefronts to enterprise workflows. Interface design and engineering work together around your users and business.

## Start with the outcome

Start with what you want people to recognize, understand, or do. A clear purpose makes technology choices and deliverables more useful.

### Launch a product

Turn an idea into a reviewable prototype, clear scope, and implemented experience. Product thinking, interface design, and engineering connect through release.

### Improve an experience

Find friction and prioritize changes: reorganized content, clearer interactions, better mobile use, or a coherent system for a fragmented interface.

### Connect systems

Connect content, commerce, identity, and data in a useful product. Define service boundaries, integrations, and responsibilities alongside the interface.

### Build a brand

Create an identity and practical guidelines for applying it across websites, products, content, and other touchpoints in scope.

### Create something interactive

Explore gameplay, a browser experience, or a playful interface. Test the interaction through early prototypes before production grows.

## Experiences for different industries

Each industry brings different audiences, information, and decisions. These are examples of experiences we can create; illustrative concepts are clearly labeled.

### Ecommerce

Product discovery, useful information, and purchasing journeys from browsing to checkout. The store experience connects with the content and operations supporting it.

### Legal services

Clear practice areas, useful guidance, and considered enquiry journeys. Complex service information becomes easier for prospective clients to understand and navigate.

### Manufacturing

Technical catalogs, specifications, dealer resources, and operational interfaces. Detailed information becomes navigable for engineers, buyers, and business teams with different needs.

### Healthcare

Readable service information, appointment journeys, and understandable navigation. Regulatory and clinical requirements are defined and reviewed for the particular project.

### Professional services

Websites and client experiences that communicate expertise clearly. Purposeful content and approachable interactions explain your offer and help visitors find their next step.

### Brands & creators

Distinctive brand platforms and portfolios that give the work room to speak. Visual identity, imagery, and content structure help visitors explore your story.

## Across screens and environments

A browser product may continue on a phone. An internal workflow may need a desktop, while self-service belongs at a kiosk. Context, input, and the task guide the experience.

Web, mobile, tablet, desktop, and kiosk implementations follow the project. Responsive layouts, touch and keyboard input, and interface states connect the experience across screens.

## Connected to your ecosystem

Integrate with content, commerce, identity, and data platforms. Choose cloud environments and game-production tools around your existing ecosystem and release needs.

Contentful, Sitecore, Sanity, Optimizely, Kontent.ai, Strapi, Shopify, OrderCloud, Big Commerce, Adobe Commerce, WooCommerce, Clerk, Auth0, Microsoft, Amazon, Firebase, MongoDB, Supabase, Firestore, DynamoDB, Vercel, Netlify, Azure, Google Cloud, AWS, Godot, WebGL, Unity, Phaser, PixiJS, Three.js, Blender

## Quality is part of the process

Accessibility, performance, maintainability, and careful review are considered during the work. We use AI assistance where it can support the software development lifecycle, while keeping people accountable for the outcome.

### Explore with intent

Use AI to investigate alternatives, organize research, and accelerate experiments. Review generated suggestions against the brief and source material before they shape the product.

### Build with review

Support implementation, testing, and documentation while keeping architecture and acceptance decisions with people. Check outputs for correctness and fit with the product.

### Deliver with care

Apply the same quality expectations to assisted work. Consider project information, tool access, and data handling before choosing how AI participates in delivery.

## A clear path from idea to release

Every project needs useful checkpoints. We move through discovery, definition, prototypes, production, validation, and launch in a way that makes the decisions and deliverables visible.

### Discover

Understand the audience, business need, existing systems, and constraints. The output is a shared brief with priorities, assumptions, and a definition of success.

### Define

Translate the brief into journeys, scope, and a delivery approach. Define content, visual direction, architecture, integrations, and release requirements before production expands.

### Prototype

Test a journey, interaction, or gameplay loop in a reviewable form. Resolve the direction and identify further work before production expands.

### Produce

Develop the approved direction in increments. Connect content, design, assets, and implementation through regular reviews and a clear scope.

### Validate

Check requirements, devices, and intended use. Resolve issues and prepare release materials, operating information, and handover for the project.

### Launch & improve

Validate the experience, prepare the release, and document its operation. Where ongoing work is agreed, feedback and observed use guide an improvement backlog.

## Find the right starting point.

Explore the service that best matches your need, or bring us the challenge and we can discuss how the disciplines might work together. A clear first step is more useful than a complicated starting brief.
